I have never in my life encountered hotel staff that are so incredibly rude. And I’ve traveled a lot.
When checking in, they didn’t even make eye contact with me and spoke to me in such an aggressive tone-I did say something to that person. I came down later at night & was treated so disrespectfully by a different staff member- I walked away appalled! They were so rude to me and the only person working at the front desk so when I got back to my room and found the sheets stained & the TV not working at all— I had no one to call & complain to.
I’m shocked at how poorly I was treated by The front desk staff when I was just trying to check in & later ask a simple question.
Very unprofessional & unwelcoming.
It absolutely ruined my experience at the hotel.
I’m extremely disappointed & think that I should be treated as a human being with kindness & respect. Let alone, for the cost of this reservation- the TV should work, & The bed needs to be clean!!
Also there was no notification of an additional „resort fee” that I was required to pay when I made this reservation.
I’m so disappointed in the poor customer service and treatment of me like I was an inconvenience to the people who work here. Marriot should be ashamed.
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect but this is a business! And customers should not be treated like trash.
