The room was very clean and neat but quite small and didnt have a proper chair to sit down. There isnt really a reception or room service of any sort so if u need anything like a spare pillow there is no ody to speak to. However the room was modern amd clean. There was no air conditioning - or i couldnt figure out hpw to turn it on.

Hotell på långtradarparkering

Hotellet låg på ena sidan om en långtradarparkering och receptionen på andra sidan. Svårt att gå säkert mellan dessa. Det fanns ett litet utbud av mat i restaurangen, men det var dyrt och inte prisvärt. Omysigt. Hotellrummet i sig var det inte något större fel på!

Super Hotel für Zwischenstop

Wir waren das erste Mal in einem serways hotel und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Zimmergrösse, Ausstattung, , Sauberkeit, Ambiente und Ruhe alles super. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Matratze und schneeweißer Bettwäsche. Der check in problemlos und jederzeit möglich, kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus. Frühstück für 7,50 ausreichend und okay. Ich kann fas Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würde hier auch immer wieder einkehren.

Zimmer mit Klimaanlage die leider nicht funktioniert hat und das bei Temperatur über 28 Grad Frühstücken gibt es in der Raststätte ist aber nicht als Frühstück zu bezeichnen zwei Scheiben Wurst ein Brötchen ein Croissant etwas Marmelade und einen Kaffee. Wenn man einen zweiten möchte muss man den extra bezahlen

Fint økonomisk hotel til en enkelt overnatning op og ned af autobahn - det er på en rasteplads så der er ikke så meget omkring, men der var fint plads til fire og værelset var pænt og rent

Hotel is well located for a 1 night sleepover if you are using it as a transit on a journey. The hotel itself is very average. The first room we received hadn't been serviced but we were quickly offered a new clean room. The service at the reception was very good and the gentleman was very helpful.

Völlig indiskutabel

Die Rezeption findet sich nach kängerer Suche an der Tankstellenkasse, dort werden die Gäste zwischen Tankquittungen und Würstchen abgefertigt. Zum eigentlichen Hotel muss man dann zwischen abgestellten Lkws und pinkelnden Touristen durchklettern. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung stellte sich nach intensiver Suche als Klitzekleines Einzelzimmer heraus mit schmutzigem Bad. Dies habe ich reklamiert ( wieder den Weg zurück über die Raststätte….). Dort angekommen erklärte man mir dass ich für ein Doppelzimmer auch doppelt bezahlen müsste. Meine vorgelegte Buchung mit entsprechenden Fotos hat man nicht akzeptiert. Nach langer Diskussion hat man mich mit der sogenannten ´ geschäftsführerinˋ verbunden. Diese hat dann aggressiv und genervt erklärt dass man für die Fotos und Werbetexte nicht zuständig sei und ich also nur das schmutzige Kämmerchen haben könne. Nach Bemerkung über Rechtsmittel hat man sich bereit erklärt die Buchung zu stornieren und das Geld zurückgegeben. Fazit: Nie wieder. Die Fotos und Texte entsprechen nicht der Realität, das ganze Objekt ist ungepflegt und unsauber. Das Personal vor Ort ist überfordert, die Geschäftsleitung unseriös und unfreundlich.
