The staff was very nice and helpful! We got there in the morning, but the hotel was full and couldn't accommodate early check-in, so they kept our bags and completed the registration while we went out to do a tour. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious!

Está propiedad está cerca de todo lo que puedas necesitar cuando vas a de visita. Está ubicado en un buen lugar y seguro. Los trabajadores son muy amables y tratan de atender tus necesidades. Tuve algunos percances pequeños que no necesariamente fue culpa de los trabajadores, pero me supieron solucionar con rapidez. Uno de ellos fue la alberca, pues se daño el segundo día que llegamos y no la repararon en toda la semana que estuvimos esperandonos ahí. Nos hubiera gustado disfrutar de este servicio pues en parte pagamos por ello, pero eso fue un problema externo que no tuvo que ver con el hotel. Fuera de eso, definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo aquí. El restaurante que está dentro del mismo edificio, cuánta con comida de calidad, nos encantaron los desayunos. Tiene seguridad las 24 hrs y el estacionamiento, lo que lo hace un excelente lugar para sentirte cómodo.

Shops and other amenities close by. Hotel is on major highway which makes it awkward but the hotel itsel is very pleasant with an especially nice central garden.

Never again

Pool was under construction. Pipes in the room had a bad smell. Shower would fill up with water. Curtain would not roll up. WiFi went out on the first day and was not fixed. Key card kept deactivating after room was cleaned each time. Front desk kept blaming me. Some items weren’t replaced when room service came. A loud train behind the hotel kept waking our family up all night.
