Nice room, great price

Great hotel for an amazingly low price in a good area. Easy walk to several good restaurants and convenience stores. I was not fond of the Nespresso machine, but it did usually work. I'd prefer an actual coffeemaker and microwave. But beggars can't be choosy. As many non-american hotels, the shower allows water to get onto the bathroom floor. Don't leave anything you don't want wet on floor of bathroom.

There was no hot water. When I called reception they told me it takes about 5 mins for the water to heat up. I waited about 10 mins and it never got hot. This would be important to know before booking a room here.
