Great service. Clean room. WiFi worked well. The pool was warm. They offer pool towels and extra wash towels. The following week I went to Hotel Santiago Compostela and had a bad experience that left me wishing I went to hotel morales again.

The hotel staff was helpful and had excellent customer service! Our room was very clean and loved that the room had working AC. Very comfortable beds and closet had enough room for luggage. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. Taco place across the street with a good variety of food to choose from.

Rooms were clean. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Very helpful staff. It's walkable to many different areas. Allow extra time for check-in on a Sunday. Traffic in the area is busy with lots of road closures to allow foot traffic. Great stay would return to this hotel.

I love it ,is very close to everything, smart train,bus station.u don’t need to take in drivers or taxi or rental car , for 10 pesos the bus can take u to the zoo,the smart train can take u to Tlaquepaque,tonala,zapopan . I definitely recommend to stay at the Morales hotel.

Property was located in the downtown district of Guadalajara, everything was easily accessible, and the staff was very alert to our needs and very helpful. My only complaint with this hotel would be the quality of the water. Anytime we would use the sink or turn on the showers, there would be an instant smell of sewage or dirty water.

Me he quedado por años en este gotel y es la primera vez que me tengo que esperar hasta las 3 de la tarde porque no hay habitacion pedi con valcon y espere y a las 3pm fii al front desk y me dice el que te atoende pues no se si hay disponible y yo venia de otro vuelo que ya estaba cansada y le dije que me diera la habitacion qu descansar y siento que no fue muy cordial conmigo, me dijo deja veo porque hay veces que despues de las 3pm todavia no estan listas las habitaciones y la verdad me enojo su actitude fuera que ya queria ycualquiera
