It was very clean, people were so nice, the food in hotel it was very good everything is close to cathedral, pool very clean, it was a lady with clean towels all the time room service excellent food hot, I have to say coffee machine was bad, not big deal but if it say coffee maker in room I should be working I had the room 320 with a balcony I love it !!!!

This hotel is a beautiful building with amazing, generous staff. ​My dad and I arrived extremely tired after taking a red-eye flight, but the staff was immediately helpful and incredibly generous, which was such a relief. The hotel had a beautiful atmosphere and was stunningly decorated for Día de Muertos. Having a front door security guard also made us feel very safe and protected throughout our stay. ​The location is perfect, too, as it's within easy walking distance of the main central area and the cathedral. I absolutely loved this hotel and am so grateful for the wonderful experience my dad and I had; it truly made us happy.

The hotel is very beautiful! Staff is friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a standard room with 2 double beds on the 3rd floor. We stayed for 1 night in late October. Room was spacious and clean! Beds were comfortable- if a tad small if you’re sharing. AC is available in the room. Bathroom was nice! Great location! Walkable distance to many shops, restaurants and the historic center. Overall I would recommend and stay here again!

The property made communicating with them quick and easy. We had a red-eye flight and wanted to make sure we had a room to relax in when we got in; they made the whole process easy. Room was very spacious for two people and we got a room with 2 balconies overlooking the plaza. Room was clean and the AC was perfect for the warmer days we were there. The safety of the hotel was great as well; we came back late at night after 2 AM and security let us in promptly which made two female travelers feel safe. All of the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend Hotel Morales not only for the hospitality but the architecture and rich history is an added bonus!

Staff specifically the vallet gentleman in day shift rude and every day in bad attitude. My first day there can't sleep because the balcony had a night club right out the street .loud music.all night..i definitely not coming back.
