Absolutely loved the view and how walkable everything is. Received excellent service from hotel staff, they were all friendly and helpful. I was also able to book tours with receptionist.

Excellent location, steps from the basilica, university, parks. Comfortable room and bed. The best was the attentive staff, especially Caro who gave us all kinds of extra attention. Wish you would install a coffee machine in the lobby!
