We had a great time at our stay here! We were up on the 11th floor and it was very quiet for the most part, certainly no street noise that high up. Our last night we had a few noisy neighbours so I suspect that before that we had no neighbours which is why it was so quiet. The building was humid inside but totally fine once you cranked your room air conditioning. The lobby was confusing and I will say the only reason I knew what to do was an older review which had complained about it and explained where to go. For those who need it: get dropped off at the north entrance to the mall, if you get dropped at the end of the driveway on Jixiang Rd like we did, walk down the driveway past the security guard and you will see the entrance to the lobby on the right. Go into this first room and then look around on the wall for a sign that says Nomo Residences or Nomo Apartments. Follow that sign into the next room and turn right and you will see the concierge for the Nomo apartments. Otherwise the beds were a little hard but I honestly slept well considering, the twin room we stayed in had a separating door so we each had privacy. All in all a good time.

Location-wise it is excellent. Accessible to Metro, some local attractions and lots of food choices and shopping. Apartment is a little dated. Wi-Fi was bad and despite having a kitchenette framework, there was no crockery or cutlery.

The property was difficult find. The taxi drivers on numerous times did not know where the A- mall was. The check in was the worst experience ever in my 40 years of traveling the globe. The lobby is shared by 7 different apt rental companies and not marked clearly. Upon entering the lobby, I went to the first counter, an indifferent clerk after scrutinizing my Expedia receipt said not here. The second counter said not here. I went to the front security counter to ask and the indifferent guard ask for my passport and to register before I can enter. After 10 minutes of paperwork registering, he said not here. I went outside wandering around a bit and saw a sign Nomo apts pointing to the lobby where everyone said not here. I went back inside the lobby past the security, past the front counters and found a small counter tucked in a back corner of the lobby that was marked Nomo apts. Holy Moly I found it. After another 30 minutes of meticulous paperwork and scrutiny of my passport, I was given my room that was already paid for on Expedia. The level of indifference of the people working the lobby was amazing. They could of easily directed me to the proper place with two additional words, like the Nomo apt counter is over there. FYI I speak Cantonese and English. The apts are moderately sized, semi clean with a small kitchen and washing machine. Maid service was good and I can rate the apts as livable for a short time away from home.

Hotel is conveniently located at GongYuanQian, Exit E within A Mall. Walkable distance of 5-10 minutes to Beijing Lu. very spacious hotel, and when I arrived it was Valentine's day the hotel placed roses on the bed with cards written. Very thoughtful of them.

Location good with mrt station below n Beijing Road about 5 mins walk away. Apartment is spacious with 2 Queen-sized beds n a sofa n offer daily cleaning of the unit. Washing machine, kitchenette available. My only complaint is the toilet n bathroom.. need a big cleanup to remove the moulds!!

Apartment has no phone to call reception. Have to take lift to lobby when my door card not working and one more trip when my WiFi not working. Worst is the lift was very slow and packed with so many units by different management. Water power was not strong. Your Website put king bed but was a queen bed. Prime location

The apartment is situated in a prime location. The metro is accessible from the basement of the apartment. It is an interchange station that enables visitors to easily commute to wholesale shopping centres. Also, it is within 5 minutes walk to famous shopping areas such as Beijing Road. There is also an abundance of food options around the area and within the apartment building (1st to 5th floor) itself. The apartment is clean and modern and the security is commendable. One can only access the level that he/she is staying with his/her room card. The hotel staff kindly allowed us for a late checkout as we were catching a late flight. Overall the stay at Nomo was enjoyable.

Excellent location. Within a few minutes walk to metro station (GuangYuanQian). Room is spacious and clean. Nevertheless, there are gaps which the hotel need to fix: No phone in hotel rooms. Imagine the trouble hotel guests whenever they need to contact hotel staff Lifts are slow. It seems like there are always people waiting for lifts and we need to wait for up to 10minutes before a lift is available for boarding. There is a lift which allows anyone to use, without the need to scan using the hotel room key. This certainly poses a security concern to all hotel guests.

Good Hotel to Stay

1. Hotel location close to near by shopping,restaurant and subway. 2. service is good but the housekeeping cleaning not satisfy as there is marking left on the bathroom bench not wipe off. I notice different day with different cleanliness. maybe it different cleaner do the housekeeping. 3. Condition of the hotel 8 out of 10. 4. The lift is sharing with other hotel operation which need to wait and sharing with other hotel guest. That fine to me. 5. Would come back to this hotel as it near to shopping center,subway and restaurant. 6. free wifi in the room.

Hard to honestly rate property, Hotel still under construction, Staff not yet trained, I hope they finally find my booking! Rooms not yet fully fitted out Apartment with cooking facilities, No utensils, Clothes washer, but no drier, and no hanging area! I needed to go to grocery store to buy a drinking glass, And by then I needed a drink. I think in time this will be a great hotel,
