L'appartement (2eme étage)est magnifique avec des équipements de qualité , et surtout bien orienté.La vue est magnifique . L'environnement est calme proche de la plage .Piste cyclabe a proximité . Garage sous le batiment accessible avec l'ascenseur .Les chambres sont au nord , ce qui est mieux par fortes chaleurs (Air co dans toutes les pièces ) Television avec un nombre de chaines très important et pour tous les pays (2 télévisions)Petit bémol :parfois des coupures liées a internet , mais se réinitialise facilement et ça ne dure que peu de temps .(internet fonctionne bien mais parfois des micros coupures )Une voiture est souhaitée . Bon resto a proximité

Wir waren das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung beim ersten mal war die Wonung sauberer beider Übergabe.Wasser tropfte im Waschbecken der Dusche am Tag ca. 1,5 l.Eine tolle Wohnung haben sie fürs nächste Jahr wieder gemietet.Waren also sehr zufriede.

Fabulous view and apartment

This apartment had everything you could wish for including satellite television for all countries. There is a common pool and very next to the beach. It is pure luxury and we would certainly stay there again. Air-conditioning in all rooms (bit old-fashioned system, with water bottles to collect the water outside, which you have to empty every now and then). Veronique was very friendly and reachable for questions.

Keurig en compleet appartement

Prima contact voor aankomst met sleuteloverdracht en vriendelijk ontvangen. Appartement is netjes en zeer compleet. Met name in de keuken mist er niets om een uitgebreide maaltijd te bereiden. Fantastisch balkon met zon tot 1700. Hier een prachtig uitzicht op zee en zonsop/ondergang. Op loopafstand van het strand. Alleen wel wat ver van het centrum van Guardamar. Een auto huren is aan te raden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Das war die schönste Wohnung die wir bisher in Spanien hatten. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Abgeschlossene Garage innerhalb der Tiefgarage mit Aufzug bis fast vor die Wohnung. Vielen Dank an Marie für die nette, liebevolle Betreuung während unserer Urlaubszeit.
