We had the best vacation. We loved the Sunshine house. It was so clean and had so much room for our family. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all.

Property was clean when we arrived. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. Would stay here again!

Beautiful house

We had a great time here, place was so clean. Perfect size for all of us. Walking distance to beach, plenty of activities in the house for the kids. It was great. I would stay again if I wasn't already building a house in Fort Morgan!

Very nice house !!`

We totally enjoyed out stay at the Sunsihine house. It fit our needs and everything was neat and in place. Location to the local pool was just around the corner and the beach a very short wall across the street.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved this vacation house. We had to change a few things around and the owner was fabulous with our circumstances. It was the perfect location for our kids, ranging from ages 2-10. It was clean and everything they put online was extremely accurate. We would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great House

The house was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk room and the house was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable. Location is perfect! Cross the street and down the boardwalk to the beach. I hope to rent again one day.

Lovely Home, Great Stay!

We had a great time this summer during our stay. Very close to the beach and to the pool! Everything was as described, no problems at all. Would absolutely stay here again. There were 2 seniors, 3 adults, and 3 teens in our party. :)

Perfect family getaway!

House was perfect location with easy access to beach and pools. We love this neighborhood as we have rented other houses here for years and this property was just as lovely- almost as good as being right on beach with the boardwalk right across the street. It was also family & pet friendly which was great! We didn’t have great weather but the house was well stocked for cooking and we enjoyed the board games and video games we brought along. Plenty of room for our family of 5!

Stevens Thanksgiving Holiday

The house fit our extended family perfectly. My husband and I used the bedroom downstairs with our grandkids in the bunk room. My 3 children and their spouses slept upstairs. Having 4 king size beds was a big plus. Plenty of room in the family room and kitchen area for all to watch ballgames and a big table for card games. We were able to host Thanksgiving for 4 other family’s staying in the neighborhood with all the outside seating too.

The house is very conveniently located to both the pools and the beach. We also enjoyed pickleball, tennis, and riding our bikes through the neighborhood. Coastal View Vacations was a pleasure to deal with. I had a number of questions before we left, and they were very responsive in answering them. Could not recommend more highly.

I have never stayed at a VRBO with so many kitchen supplies, there is plenty of everything from silverware to pots and pans. We had my whole family of 16 so that was a great asset to have as we cooked almost every night. Such a great friendly neighborhood. The property manager was very nice and came by to check on us several times. If you are looking for a beautiful and spacious place defiantly check this one out.
