With room for up to 8 guests, it’s an ideal spot for families or small groups looking to enjoy a memorable beach getaway.

Step inside to a welcoming open-concept living area, where cozy sofas invite you to relax, one of which converts into a full-sized bed for extra comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with all the essentials including a coffee maker, blender, and toaster, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks. Gather around the dining table, which seats 6, for family dinners or fun game nights.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat. The guest bedroom is equally inviting, with 2 queen-sized beds, a TV, and shared bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. The unique V-shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly "get to know your neighbor" atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property year after year. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool(mid-March through October, as needed) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. Sandpiper is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests!
