The staff were very obliging after there was a mixup with the cleaning. I was very satisfied with the ownerâs efforts to negate this problem. I will definitely stay there again.
Very good value, and perfect room for someone with movement issues ( walk in shower etc). Has many facilities not listed,including microwave, frig, tea/coffee, beautiful linen and very comfy bed. The manager could not have been more friendly or helpful.
I not one to complain but when manager thinks its ok now to make me wait anothe 10 days or so till i get my 480.00 back that i was over charged by motel well now i think its time to complan rooms had dirty doona on bed there was only 2 pillows on bed other ripped pillows in cuboard but no pillow cases on . Noicey workers in other rooms also parking very squashy have watch doors also there was other peoples rubbish left beside bin . Only good think bout room was shower there was plenty hot water with gret water pressure. But being over double charged for room has really dissapointed me and not to rectify it straight away by manger daria is so wrong all she wants do is blame bank will never return to this motel ever .you should have fixed this mistake of yours straight away and you could have ..do not recommend this motel at all i ended up paying 900.00 for 3 nights accommodation how ridiculous shame on you daria
The rooms were not serviced in the whole time we stayed at the property, the office was not open and staff unavailable when we needed supplies, the fire alarm was sitting on the window sill with the battery out, the ironing board collapsed, they were running a night time enterprise in the room next door with banging doors and people talking all night every night, people were smoking outside our room. It was the worse experience of a hotel and I could not recommend it to anyone. I hope this review will be posted to stop other people from staying here - we moved to another hotel in town as soon as we could.
The lady that served us was so thoughtful as we required 2 rooms, one being a twin. She updated our room with no charge, so we could be next door to each other.
In the brochure it states that the room is serviced daily, and it wasnât because when we got back to our room on Tuesday night our was not serviced, garbage bin not empty and dirt wet towels were still on the bathroom floor as instructed by brochure. I went to the office and asked for more towels and I did not ask why the room was not serviced
