Place was clean. Staff was nice. Family ran and that was a nice little extra touch to the place. Host was I think there daughter and was was very nice and attentive to guest needs and easy checking. We will most definitely stay there again.

I so enjoyed my stay at the Alpine Inn & Suites. My room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very nice, helping me to sleep well. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the time I arrived in the early evening to checking out the next morning. I would love to stay there again! Thank you Alpine Inn & Suites!

Updated motel with clean rooms,nice breakfast, friendly staff, cozy & rustic ambiance, well maintained hot tub, good value for the price, will definitely be back when visiting Gunnison. The only complaint keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is the squeaking tub and noise after using water in the bathroom.

The Alpine Inn in Gunnison was a very comfortable place to stop on our journey. It was roomy and very clean with all the amenities to make our stay very pleasant!! We would highly recommend it!!

We had to check in late and Damian at the front desk was so nice and helpful. While it’s not a posh place, it’s well maintained and the staff is great. We would stay here again. The only reason amenities are good and not excellent is that we didn’t even go into the pool area so can’t speak to that.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. The room was extremely clean. The heating and AC worked great. It was quiet and safe. That sheets were new and the mattress was also new. An incredible value

This is a solid value for a two-star hotel. The staff was super helpful and responsive. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but it was hot, fresh, and free. Located within a couple of minutes to GUC airport, and the hotel has an on-demand shuttle. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive stay in Gunnison.

Thumbs up for our stay at the Alpine lodging

We concur with the mostly positive motel reviews submitted previously for this property. Clean, comfortable and convenient. The only demerit noted was the mediocre quality of coffee provided. The free breakfast, which was appreciated, could be considered standard fare for this class of motel. The price point for the lodging compared favorably to the quality of accommodation. The hot tub was in good working order and was considered a nice bonus.

Staff was very accommodating. Stayed here at the back end of a ski trip to Created Butte, and chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport…so I could walk if needed. Fortunately, the hotel ended up giving me a ride to the airport. Note that there are dining options within close walking distance, and public travel and Ubers are not usually available. Would still recommend for travelers just stopping through.
