Service staff is pathetic u have to call them 2-3 time for just drinking water. When u asked them to show room they say go and see the room by yourself. There behaviour is too rude. There service charge is high.

Value Outside Delhi on fast yellow line metro

Easy check in friendly service from all staff. Air con worked well and great wifi. The most comfortable bed so far in India. If something doesn't seem to work just ask. There's always a smile and a solution! Room service food was generous fast and hot.

I booked this online with expedia. It was very hard to find with a tiny sign that was not visible until I got out of the cab and looked all around for it. I showed up with my receipt and was told that they do not allow foreigners, only Indian. They refused a refund and while I tried to contact Expedia and another cab from the lobby they called 5 men to the lobby and escorted my out by force. The entire place was coated with visible dirt. The area was like the US dust bowl and they kept the front door open. The restaurant looked closed but I didn't enter. It was so covered in filth that it should have been. This place was an absolute nightmare.
