We absolutely LOVED our stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Guthrie. We were told we should stay at the one in Edmond. I am SO GLAD we chose to stay here! It was perfectly located! The breakfast was OFF THE CHARTS DELICIOUS! They had so many different options with lots of HOT selections! Our room was perfect! It was nice and big! We also fell in love with the town of Guthrie! We will be back! Very friendly staff as well! Always so helpful! One last thing—I’ve never had an elevator be as available and move as fast from floor to floor as this one. We NEVER had to stand there and wait for an elevator. We kept talking about that fact! We’ve been to many hotels where you spend half your day…waiting for the elevator.

we were there for our grandson had a baseball tournament in Stillwater. our 1st young lady at the desk was very friendly but the young lady on Saturday she was not so friendly you could tell she was irritated because she having to deal with a baseball team of young boys which were 11- and 12-year boys were really good! they did get in trouble for getting water in the pool area on the floor because they doing cannon balls?? really? how can you not get water on the floor? it's the pool area. come on now..

I’d stay again but I was irritated

It was a great stay overall. Very friendly very clean. Our only incident was with a lady in the lobby, we had a baseball team staying some of the boys were messing with a fake plant and left a mess, she mentioned it to parents. Even though my child didn’t cause it he offered to clean it up and apologized for it. We got on to the kids. A little later they were swimming and there wasn’t stocked towels so some of the boys went to the front desk to ask for towels and the same lady told them no they shouldn’t have messed with the plant. Which I felt was extremely rude.

We stayed here because we were playing baseball in Stillwater. Our games got canceled on Saturday and we weren’t supposed to check into the hotel until Saturday night. The hotel did their very best at getting our room ready for us early so that we could check in early. We appreciated their willingness to work with us!

Let me first say that the hotel desk clerk went above and beyond to resolve what could have been a really bad situation! We didn’t arrive to the hotel until almost 9pm. The desk clerk informed me that ‘someone’ checked us in and put someone else in our reserved room. Because there was a big rodeo in town, the hotel was sold out, as was most of the other hotels in the area! The desk clerk made a phone call and it was decided to give us room 107 ~ which was ‘dirty’ and needed to be cleaned first! Her, the maintenance guy, and the guy she was training, took about 15-20 minutes and turned the room over to us! Our only complaint, if there was one to give, was that the tv was out of order. We had a great night’s rest, and a great selection at breakfast in the morning. Thank you Cathaleen for such great service! It was definitely appreciated!
