Room and in general hotel was clean. Facilities not finished so no Spa or indoor pool. Work ongoing so often building noise heard around the hotel from approx. 8am onwards. Also no swim up bar or food available at rooftop pool as 3rd party operators not currently offering.

Lovely hotel rooms very big and quiet massive bed. Staff very helpful. Lovely large roof top pool overlooking bay the only negative is the sun loungers get fully taken in the mornings but usually able to get one in the afternoons, it was noted that some beds have towels placed on them but you dont see anyone using them. Pool towels are supplied when you go to the pool. You cant take your own drinks to pool as theres a bar and you're expected to buy from them. The only negative is it's new hotel and advertised indoor pool which is one of the reasons i booked this hotel, unfortunately this was not open and they had no idea when it would be ready. Plenty of eateries and shops in walking distance and brilliant bus services running regularly at bottom of street on the main road a few minutes walk.to bottom of street.

At our time of stay (Beginning to Mid September 2025) the hotel was incomplete, and still in the process of being built/finished. From what has been done so far, it will be an incredible hotel, but our time featured some teething issues (understandable!!) and facilities being advertised, but not completed yet - no sauna, no spa, no gym, etc etc. However, this hotel holds great potential, the staff are super accommodating and once completed, will be a lovely hotel in an up and coming area, and we will return for another visit!

Lovely but opened too early

The location was great, close to restaurants, the marina and bars. The hotel was still under construction which was a big disappointment. The spa and indoor pool were not open. My friend's room was not finished for her stay, but mine was. It is finished well, the restaurant and bar are well done and lobby is very nice. I enjoyed my stay, but the hotel opened prematurely.

Can do better

Great rooftop pool with a stunning view, lovely room, comfortable bed and bedding, and a spacious shower with generous water jets. However, there were few of the amenities one would expect from a 4-star hotel: no hangers, no tissues, no glasses, no soap, no shower cap, etc. The gym was out of service, and the two toilets by the pool were also non-operational. As for the location, next time I’d choose Valletta instead—more central, as it’s the starting point for all buses heading to the rest of the island.

Das Hotel ist ja bekanntlich ganz neu, somit gibt es ein paar unfertige Stellen, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat und sich nicht negativ auf unseren Aufenthalt ausgewirkt hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer und sauber. Zu Fuss erreicht man schnell die Promenade mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Preis-/Leistung hat für uns gepasst.

Pulizia nel complesso ottima ovunque con l'eccezione dei ripiani comodino e tavolo che andrebbero ripassati ogni tanto. Bagno, pavimenti e spazi comuni pulitissimi. Ottime docce e asciugamani. L'albergo é new-ish quindi i commenti negativi sono suggerimenti per migliorare. Andrebbe eliminato il campanello che suona ogni qualvolta viene chiamato o si ferma l'ascensore, cosi' come la musica vicino agli ascensori. Si sentono nelle camere più vicine e disturbano il sonno. Piscina e servizio piscina di ottima qualita', servizio e vista. Staff molto cortese. Un po' lenti e confusi al check in ma sono sicuro migliorera'.Colazioni a buffet ben prezzata e di buona qualita' ma sarebbe ottimo avere un'opzione solo caffè che purtroppo non è offerta o quantomeno opzioni migliori del Nescafe in camera. Location per me molto buona. Tornero'.

We (2 persons) stayed at the hotel for 9 night. The room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and the pool area is nice, but the pool was very cold. We enjoyed our stay but we also have some points of critique: -breakfast was okay, but not a lot of options -you can’t bring your own food or drinks too the pool. Even not your own water bottle. The water you could order at the pool was 5,50 and they didn’t even have food available to order. If you spent a day at the pool you eventually will need water and some food. I understand that they want to keep the area clean. But not even being able to bring water is crazy. On the otherhand the staff at the pool is very kind and helpfull! The ladies are all lovely and do their best to make you feel comfortable. -there was music at the pool which can be nice, only 9 out of 10 times it was so loud that it was mostly annoying. We really liked the location since it was not too busy and easily accesable. There are many nice restaurants close by.

Nice pool and staff but lacking in quality.

The hotel is almost brand new. Large and nice rooms. Great pool on the roof. I think the beds are a bit hard and plastic-like. Not the best quality. We were also bothered by a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom in room 1306. Breakfast was a bit bland. Lots of egg and bacon, but little selection of other dishes. There is still some work being done around the building. Drilling etc. I think I paid too much for this stay in relation to the quality received...

Das Hotel ist modern und grundsätzlich in gutem Zustand, allerdings noch nicht vollständig fertiggestellt. Das Frühstück war gut mit einer breiten Auswahl, wenn auch recht voll. Besonders schön ist die Aussicht vom Pool über die Dächer von Sliema bis nach Valletta – die Drinks dort sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Leider war der Aufenthalt aber durch Bauarbeiten und Einschränkungen getrübt: Der Spa- und Indoor-Pool waren noch im Bau, es gab Lärm am Poolbereich und die Aufzüge fielen zeitweise aus. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit Balkon zur Seitenstraße. Fazit: Insgesamt ein Hotel mit Potenzial und guter Lage, das aber aktuell noch von Bauarbeiten beeinträchtigt ist.

Très bien et très bien placé

Hôtel tout neuf et très bien placé (5mn de la promenade et des bus). Belle grande chambre très confortable. Il manquerait dans la salle de bain (très grande) un petit meuble pour entreposer ses affaires ainsi que des verres à dent. Beau buffet de petit déjeûner. Dommage que les machines à café, thé, chocolat, toutes dans le même endroit provoquent une grande file d'attente. Les sachets de confitures sont également un concept peu pratique. Mais ce sont des détails qui seront améliorés avec l'expérience.

Nous avons été déçus car l'hôtel n'était pas finit, pas de piscine intérieure, pas de salle de fitness, pas de spa, pas de restaurant, pas de porte dans certains toilettes au rdc et au dernier étage. Encore beaucoup de travaux, donc je trouve que le prix que nous avons payés n'est pas en accord avec la prestation. Lors de la réservation, nous n'étions pas prévenu que l'hôtel était en travaux, nous n'aurions pas forcément réservé en sachant cela Une chose très positive, c'est l'accueil d'Emma à la réception elle est extrêmement serviable, gentille et prend le temps pour chacun. Merci à elle.

mauvaise expérience

notre pire expérience dans un hôtel du groupe accord et la plus mauvaise de notre séjour a malte cet hôtel en septembre 2025 ne devrait pas recevoir de client tout est en chantier, des perceuses a 8h du matin, des étages pas finis, des portes de wc et piscine absente donc retour au chambre pour en utiliser. Spa, piscine intérieur, et casier fermés car encore en travaux, restaurant format buffet, pas de parking directement dans l hôtel, vmc ne fonctionne pas dans la sdb portes coupe feu pas en état de fonctionnement bloquées en position ouverte avec des cales en bois Mais le pire c'est que dans un premier temps on vous attribue une chambre que vous n'aviez pas réservée, et quand vous rentrez dans celle ci très vite vous vous apercevez que le ménage n'a pas été fait ou alors plus que rapidement, cheveux dans la sdb pas net et il reste les produits d hygiène des occupants précédents pour nous du jamais vu pour nous français habitués des standards des Novotel ont est la très loin du compte seul point positif la piscine sur le toit superbe vue personnel sympathique mais manque de place pour plus de transats.
