The home was clean and well maintained. We arrived at night and the entrance was dark, so we used our phone light to get in. Once inside there was a light switch for that area. The neighborhood was very quiet, which made for a peaceful vacation. The pool water was extremely clean, as was the surrounding area, with the exception of a few worms and a prickly weed just outside the pool door. As someone else mentioned, the kidâs beds are not at all comfortable and would not be suitable for adults. The adult beds were very comfortable and having private bathrooms was so convenient. The table was preset, but the napkins were dusty. I believe others, like us, preferred to leave the place settings and use dishes from the cupboards. There were no games or activities, pens, paper, tape, etc. There was one floatation device, but no other items. Beach towels were provided with standard linens. The heated pool and grill were more costly than what we expected and brought the price up to the same as other places we had considered. We normally set our home thermostat to 67-70 at night, so having it at 74 was an adjustment. However we discovered, mid 70âs common in Florida. Walmart and Dollar Tree are a short distance away to get groceries and items we couldnât bring on the plane. We found plenty of restaurants to dine within a fifteen minute range. Staying in a gated community was comforting and very pretty with the magnolia trees blooming. We would highly recommend this place to stay.
