Wish I could give staff and service an extra star! We had a personalized greeting and were welcomed with champagne. The room itself was fantastic, and the breakfast was top notch! As for the location, it is only a short walk to the Hakodate Ropeway, and other tourist areas along the waterfront, making it the perfect location. An excellent stay! <3

スタッフのサービスはとても丁寧でした。部屋も広くて、快適です。ただ坂にホテルがあるので、冬は出かけると足元が滑りやすく、注意が必要かもしれません。あと私の部屋からも、窓から函館山が見え、とても良いビューなのですが隣家が近く、風呂に窓があっても丸見えのように感じました。女性は気になるかもしれませんね。

とても良いホテルでした。新しさはなくとも部屋は清潔で、設備も十分に整い快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、食器がもう少し多く、炊飯器などもあればキッチンが使いやすいだろうと思いました。また、化粧水などのアメニティが一回分しかありませんでしたが、夜と朝に使えるように二回分あれば手ぶらで伺えるだろうなと思い、そこが残念でした。
