Property was very clean. Well organized space. As others have mentioned, there is little soundproofing. You can hear neighbours talking, or their tv/music, as well as traffic.
My rating on staff was low because there was no staff present while I was in my room; I was aware of front desk hours, but given that check in and check out occur as these hours are ending or commencing, it is a bit hard to come across anyone during your stay if you are out for work/pleasure between 10am and 4pm.
I was unsure of what number to use (as it wasn’t exactly an emergency) when I couldn’t seem to get the heat pump to come on for some heat. I did use the non-emergency number provided and they replied within a couple of hours, but I did not hear from them again after that to see if I had been able to resolve any issue.
You also need to make sure you lock the entrance door to the building. It does not lock automatically, and if you don’t do it, it appears to remain unlocked for anyone to enter the building. I don’t recall seeing any reminders from the property to do this.
