Good for a night or a layover

This was my third trademark hotel stay on the East Coast and while everything was fine, it was the least of my favorite. The staff were nice enough, but not pleasant. The area is nowhere close to anything that a tourist would want. The breakfast was good, but lukewarm.

Bring back the coffee ion the rooms!

Things were clean. I miss a real coffee machine - Keurig The Nespresso is highly impractical and way too niche an item to be used. REPLACE it please!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! And understanding! I was bringing my grand daughter who is autistic at the IWK for surgery early the next day. She had a small incident in the night. I explained it to the desk clerk and he said things happen. I felt relieved and understood! I would recommend this property and would book there again!
