Inwi start by saying the location is wonderful and very close to downtown amenities. The check in process was smooth and we had an issue with the bathroom door not closing which was looked after promptly that day. We had issues with the bed as it is on wheels with no headboard and moves constantly when two people are in it, it also sinks in the middle and the pillows provided are very high and hard. We informed the owner we had to leave a day early due to the bed and lack of sleep and comfort and we ended up staying at the Westin hotel for the same price, the owner agreed to provide a refund for the one nigh but never did. The floor was very dirty outside of the bathroom and there were crumbs in the large cracks in the boards with no vacuum, broom or cleaning supplies available to use for us to clean. The shower head in the tub is also held together with the duct tape.

The Place was as clean as it could be for the age any needs were met quickly the size of the place excellent the bed a bit small for me i like and thought it was a king but it was a queen comfortable but a bit small for a larger person. other than that we had a excellent stay and do recommend.

Perfect walking location, loved the included parking spot around the back. Great communication from host, easy check-in omand out. Appreciated the coffee and simple kitchen items, but we loved the coffee shop two doors down. Stayed with our 15month old daughter and loved that the doors didn't creak, lol! Comfortable, high bed, however, we were happy we brought eyemasks since the bedroom curtains did very little to keep the light out. We'd gladly return.

Property requires some upkeep and work, bathroom in particular; shower curtain rod is duck taped together and help up by a chain that is screwed into the wall, with the screw falling out. We stayed there 3 days and only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper supplied.Unfortunately the location is on a major truck route that commences at 6:30am with transport trucks rumbling by with containers headed for the port. Directly outside the living room window is an LED white street light, that shines directly into the bedroom and the bed - room darkening shades would probably help.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the proximity to the harbour and restaurants. Lane was very responsive the one time we had a question. There was no corkscrew or dish towel (we left one), which is just an fyi if you want to enjoy a bottle of wine or use some dishes. No need lose stars for that.
