Close to convention center. Easy valet parking. Nice comfortable rooms. Negatives: reception is in the middle of a restaurant with events which made it loud. Pack & play was small and short. Housekeeping schedule conflicted with baby nap time so had to call to get room cleaned.

Had 2 bookings. For the second night they told us we had to change rooms. And then no only one of us had to change rooms Then we didn’t have to change rooms Then a phone call next day whe we were out asking why we haven’t left our rooms Called them back to clarify we did t need to change rooms Then they called us back to ask why we hadn’t again. Then they told us we didn’t need to Was that all very confusing? Yes. It was. Very. Also..so far 50 minute wait on checkout for them to get our car from valet. Horrendous.
