My stay at premier inn on was an absolute disaster due to shockingly unprofessional staff. Upon arrival, I was brusquely told my Expedia reservation was invalid because “Expedia is a third-party company” and they had no room available . This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. When I tried to resolve this by making a direct reservation, the staff’s rude and dismissive attitude was infuriating. After much hassle, it turned out my Expedia booking was valid all along—a fact they should’ve confirmed from the start. This incompetence and hostility ruined the experience. Premier inn needs a serious overhaul in staff training and reservation handling. Avoid this place until they get their act together.

Das Bett war super, ebenso das Frühstück. Die Reinigung war top wenn man sie dann am Morgen anforderte. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Wünschen und Fragen. Es fehlten mir im Bad div. Utensilien, wie Wattepads, Wattestäbchen, Kosmetiktücher, Bodycreme etc.).

Selten so ein schönes Hotel gefunden, was auch zentral liegt. Preis Leistung hervorragend, Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer war super und alles vorhanden was man braucht! Auch super mit der Zimmer Karte und dem Strom, sehr nachhaltig! Alles top!

Mini ferie i Hamburg

God placering. Langsom reception, hvor receptionisten lader sig forstyrre af utålmodige gæster, mens de betjener os - hvilket forsinker checkin processen og giver os indtrykket af at man skal brokke sig for at gå opmærksomhed. Rent på værelset. Faciliteter ok, men sengene er hårde, mN kan mærke fjedre - indeklima er ikke det bedste da det ikke er muligt at lufte ud (vinduer kan ikke åbnes) Morgenbuffet er faktisk rigtig god, men opflydning af juice, mælk og lune retter halter.

Fijn hotel, maar sommige zaken wat schraal

Echt prima, hagelnieuw hotel op een hele goede locatie. Apart vonden wij voor deze categorie hotel dat enkele zaken wat schraal waren: geen koelkastje, geen tissues, goedkoopste WC papier, geen waterbekerjes bij wasbak, slecht werkende ventilatie (en geen mogelijkheid raam open te zetten). Allemaal geen halszaak (en we hebben er geen melding van gemaakt), maar wel in contrast met het uitstekende bed en heerlijke ontbijt. Wellicht opstartprobleempjes. Maar daarom helaas geen 5 punten.

På sykkeltur i Tyskland

Parkeringshus i hotellet praktisk for oss som reiser med sykler. Trivelig sted, savner ikke noe. En seng å sove i, god mat, sentralt og godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Hamburg by.
