Wonderful!

Incredible value! Room was huge and well decorated with an additional pull-out couch, fireplace, etc., all in excellent condition. Very comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator. Included a free sit down breakfast at it's restaurant. We will definitely stay there again next year when we visit. Highly recommend!

Great hotel I come back every time I’m looking for a hotel. Great customer service when the fridge in our room didn’t work they came right away with a new one. So impressed with the level of care for their customers enjoyment of their facilities. Excellent pool and hot tub very clean with lots of towels for use.

Horrible experience right from the beginning. Front desk staff was very disrespectful and basically called me a liar until I proved that I was in fact not.....not at all accommodating through the rest of our stay. Would not recommend, and will not be returning. Restaurant staff was great though.

What a great family hotel! From the moment we checked in, Varsha was friendly and even gave us the room number we wanted! The pool is great, there is a playground and the breakfast is perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was a nice surprise for a warm spring evening. If ever coming through this area again, Best Western will be our #1 choice. Thank you!

We always stay here when we r going to the ohsweken race track...staff is very friendly rooms r clean n breakfast is always good...light bulb flickering in bathroom n house keeping knocked twice while restong ...checkout wasnt till 11 n this was after 9 n 10...there should be a radio or some kind of text message to tell them when people have checked out but my bad i didnt put sign on door handel
