Not sure whether the management has changed, but the usual greeting upon arrival was different, a little abrupt. The refrigerator was not working, I only found out after the milk I brought in had gone sour. There were water stains on the ceiling and the door. There is now a high rise being built beside the hotel, they may want to consider adding brighter lights as it is rather dark in the room. I avoided raising the blind to let the light in as there were construction workers. I'm surprised the hotel still uses plastic utensils for breakfast, there are other more eco-friendly options out there.

I like the fact that the property was in the city. But I did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking. I also was unable to collect Hilton points. I was informed by the receptionist that because I booked through Expedia the information on parking was given and Hilton points were not available because of that third party booking.
