We have stayed at your hotel before this visit so we knew we where going to enjoy it this time it was only for1 night 😪but from the moment of check-in to when we were leaving it was so welcoming, the reception staff certainly do their job exceptionally well they are all so friendly they can answer any question you ask just lovely 👍the rooms are spotless in fact the whole of the hotel it beautifully maintained and the inclusive breakfast covers everyone’s taste I’m sure it’s hard to believe how it’s all done for such a good price well done to all

The staff was wonderful, friendly and thoughtful. Free parking in the mall parking lot next door is convenient. No on site self service laundry but we found an outdoor laundry at a gas station not too far away.

This is one of the most dog friendly places we have stayed, the check in was quick and friendly, our dog received a welcome pack with instruction on how to behave and where to be, poo bags, treats and even a play ball. The hotel is quite new, so it was fresh, clean and nice, breakfast was great too and very well located near a shopping centre with a big car park that you can use free of charge while staying at the hotel

The rooms were very warm, the air con didn’t seem to work. Beds were very comfortable, so was the sofa bed. Breakfast was good. Parking at the outdoor shopping centre next door was very straight forward.

Breakfast information miss-reading?

On Monday, we were told that buffer breakfast is available from 06:30 to 09:30. We went for breakfast at 08:30 only to find no sausages, no eggs and a few bacon and a few things we’re running out. When asked if there was any more, we were told it’s in the oven. We waited for 20minutes, only a few items were brought.No apologies, to me that was a poor service and misreading information (0930 ?). Several people missed the cooked breakfast
