The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the location can't be beat. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bathtub appeared like someone had shaved in it and it was not cleaned, and one of the two towels was stained. I would not say not to stay here, but definitely inspect the room before settling in.

The bar restaurant was good. The staff in the bar I would give 5 stars. The staff at reception I would give 3 stars. Why do a deduction $150.00 pending on your credit card at check in, if you cannot put the restaurant bill on your Hotel invoice?

Weekend at the waterfront

The room was large, clean, and well provisioned with a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. Bed was excellent and the view was amazing even from the 1st floor (US 2nd for). Bar was lovely with a good selection of beers at similar prices to pubs downtown, restaurant food was amazing.

Clean room, the road is noisy. This trip there was a family that was down the hall was noisy. One of the gentlemen on the front desk was great. The other gentleman barely spoke english.

Bed was comfortable and room was acceptable overall. Location of hotel is very pleasant along the lakeshore. Location makes up for other inconsistencies in our case as we were attending a function within walking distance. Cleanliness lacking Blinds let in light and were dirty Parking was not included. Parking is free of charge in the downtown after 6:00 pm if you want to save 23$.
Stain on rug. In the middle of the room wasn’t very comforting.

Upon arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman at the front desk. He was quick to check us in and help us. The hotel throughout was very clean and quiet. Our room was set with air conditioning that was a perfect temperature, and the room cleanliness was immaculate. Our stay included breakfast as well, which was hot and there were many options for everyone. The surrounding area was very quiet outside and clean as well. Overall, we had an incredible stay for my husband’s birthday and we will definitely be booking again here in the future!

Nice hotel. Restaurant was good. Pool was well maintained and clean. Hotel is definitely in need of renovations. Wallpaper peeling off the wall outside our door. Sink in bathroom cracked.
