Staff very friendly and helpful. I had gotten a room that was not dog friendly so they did not hesitate to upgrade my room at no extra cost. Breakfast was great where can you get bacon eggs cereal muffins juice bagels and the list goes on included in the price. And right next to the waterfront and many restaurants to walk too. Excellent hotel with convience of walking to get a coffee meal ect. Only downside is the cost of parking $20 a night...

Right from the start staff were great. In person and on phone. Breakfast was very good. Very reasonable price in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Only complaint was lamp was in disrepair. Mentioned it to a maintenace man who went to attend to it right away. Told him at end of 2 day stay so was not a big thing. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Absolutely Perfect location and hotel!

I took a 5 day trip to Toronto with my daughter, but we didnt want to stay directly in the city. We wanted to be somewhere quieter. I found this gem of a hotel and booked it, because of the location to the lake. We could literally step outside of the hotel and just a couple of feet we were on the pier! I honestly cant say enough about this location and hotel. Its perfect! The location is so peaceful and beautiful. We loved walking along the pier and sitting in the park. Lots of families walking around and also Geese! They dont bother anyone and are a welcome sight! I didnt eat at the attached restaurant at the hotel, but we did eat outside for breakfast every morning. Amazing view of the Lake from the patio. what a great way to start the day! Breakfast was included in the room, and it was great! No scrambled eggs, but there were boiled eggs, and sausages, home fries, quiche, toast, bagels, yogurt, etc. Very satisfying filling breakfast every day. For coffee addicts, there is always hot coffee available in the lobby. Morning until night! There is a coffee maker in the room, but I prefered to get the coffee downstairs and walk out to the pier or the boardwalk. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. THe hotel was very clean and comfortable. Loved the beds! Shower was great too. Location was perfect. Lots of buses nearby to take you wherever you want to go. Also there are several icecream shops directly across the street from the hotel! :)

Grest location and we got reasonable price. Only issue was 4th floor window didnt give any view as was covered by trees whereas was marketed as park/lake view room and we specifically asked for a view room and were assured as such Rest breakfast, service etc was decent

Beautiful lobby and excellent service. However the room had a couple stains on the wall/ceiling. Carpet also had stains and was a bit dusty. AC wasn't as strong even at lowest temperature but it wasn't terrible. The room was overall clean and comfy king bed. Parking was a bit tricky with the traffic however it's doable. Overall the hotel is very nice other than the room but that could've been just the room we got. Overall would come back

Prime location and restaurant was nice right on the lake. The hotel needs some updating. First room the a/c wasnt working but nice corner unit overlooking the lake but at 24 deg C in the room had to change as no one to look at till next day. Second room was fine but hotel rooms just need a refresh otherwise fine. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

We booked two nights in early July to attend a nearby family wedding. Definitely a more budget-friendly option compared to its neighbour, the Pearle Spa and Hotel. The waterfront location and area vibe (resto's, cafes, boardwalk) are as advertised and provide a more relaxed feel than hotels situated right off the QEW/403. Breakfast was included and although very basic, the patio had a nice ambience to enjoy the start of the day. Parking on-site is limited, but, we never had a problem finding a space. There looked to be a nice pool and fitness room, but we didn't have the time to take advantage of those. Our room was reasonably clean but the one negative as others have mentioned in reviews is that the hallway, especially near the elevator, was quite noisy one night and would suggest if you can, get a room a bit further away from the elevator area if you have the option. Beds were comfortable.
