I would pass on this property! I e stayed at this property dozens of times due to the location. I have family that lives close by. Well, I hadn’t stayed there in over a year, and will definitely not stay in the future. Trash on the floor in the hallways, carpets are disgustingly(especially near the elevators) and the smell of cigarettes and marijuana coming through the vents was horrible!

The hotel was very clean. The food was delicious and the individual that checked us out her name was Tae. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that checked us and he was courteous and kind and Tae was amazing. I will be coming back.

The state was horrible. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. They have no concept of how to run a hotel management. Things that they can never be wrong and that there is no improvement needed. They couldn't even check me in without telling me that I still owed. My fees for the room while I showed them the receipt from hotels.com that I had already paid that embarrassed me in the lobby on numerous occasions about this. The whole hotel staff are haters if they think you have something. Or speak more intelligent or clearer than they do that.They have a chip on their shoulder

The staff was polite, professional and helpful, however the cleanliness of my room, although not terrible, did not meet my satisfaction. There was hair on the toliet when I arrived. The remote was grimy. The desk and dresser had small spots, like splashes of a drink, for example and the shower had mildew. And I'm not too sure about the bedding. I usually clean and disinfect my room when I arrive, but this time, I seriously consideredchecking out early. Although management did make an effort to make my stay more comfortable. I will never stay there again.

Odd when we arrived that room we were given could not be opened completely as security bar was engaged. Front desk did change our room rather than make us wait until could be opened. New room was surprisingly large but not the cleanest looking furniture. Bathroom showerhead had pink slime. Would not return.

Breakfast was good, nice view and close proximity to the events I was attending. What I didn't like is someone must have left their waffles unattended that set off the fire alarm.
