Stayed 1 night while enroute to FL. I selected this spot based on price & previous reviews. It's an older place & the room & furnishings were well worn. You get what you pay for; I probably would not stay here again. The bed was very uncomfortable, way too firm & somewhat lumpy.

It was not throughly clean, the conditions of rooms were awful they smelled . The shower was not cleaned correctly. The people were not friendly at all.

Business trip

The facility has some age to it but is kept very clean. The lobby is closed off to entry and there is no breakfast as advertised. The rooms are older, small and in need of some TLC. But the room I was in was cleaned better then some 5 star facilities. Smelled good and was very comfortable. I would stay again.

I love stay express it's convenient. Staff and owners are wonderful. The hotel is just old and needs to be upgraded

Horrible! Check in was fine. Room was in horrible condition. Thre were lots of holes in the liner of the curtin. Paint was missing in several places on walls. Tile on floor was broken and missing. The microwave had buttons not working. AC/Heat had missing key pad buttons due to ware. Refrigerator worked (FROZE everything) and was very rusted all over the outside. The neighbors stayed outside and partied most of the night loudly. There was two partial rolls of toilet paper, not even totaling a whole roll. The room with laundry and ice machine was out of order. Check out is supposed to be 11AM but at 10:30, manager (maybe franchise owner) knocked on door and said check out was 10:30. I said web site said 11. (I was watching a Hallmark movie that ended at 11) he said no 10:30. I had already put my stuff in car so all I had to do is walk out at 11. I had stayed here a few times before because of availability and price. It has gotten worse each time. Very unfriendly manager/owners. Can't recommend this place and will not be back.

The guy was extremely rude when our room cards stopped working he was also rude when we asked for towel room only had two towels when we had 4 quest customer service is not his best policy
