Clean, quiet, no frills

It was quiet, there is no staff on duty at night. The check in process to get the key from the lock box was easy but the lock was difficult to open on the room. There is no AC and it was unseasonably warm so it was rather stuffy in the room. The room was basic and very clean. No elevator.

We got to the property and it was essentially closed. They falsely advertised front desk staffed till 2200h...no body, no light nothing... just a paper sign and a phone number. Key box worked ok. I don’t appreciate staying in unmanned hotels. —but other then that and the lack of real breakfast as advertised. It was clean and neat. Travelocity, needs to work on its accurate descriptions. This hotel is a solid 3, but should not charge high rents for the unsafe neighborhood it is in...

Small family run hotel in Hannover city

This is a small family run hotel. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly. You feel a bit like family. The bed was not huge but very comfortable. The desk and chair are good enough for some reading or work but it is not a place where you can work for hours. Internet is fast enough for most things. Great choice. Local area is safe but nothing interesting nearby. But subway station is just around the corner.

Great service, but cold room.

I stayed at the hotel in march 2015. The room was cold most of the time, especially when I got there (window was open). Perhaps a little better after the radiator was turned on. Comfy bed and pillow and everything else one might expect in a normal hotel room, no minibar (only in the lounge) but there was a safe. Now the great part of my stay was the lovely German lady who hosted the breakfast (and the hotel itself I think). She was extremely service minded. I guess it helped that I got to the breakfast room first every morning.

Well priced and comfortable Hotel

Nice small family hotel.Room was very clean and big enough for two. Large bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast. Overall good value for money for a one night stay.
