This is a lovely boutique hotel with in a great location. We stayed here three separate times during our trip in Vietnam. We found the rooms to be comfortable, clean and decent in size. We use the eooftop pool almost everyday to cool off during our stay in April and May. We also enjoyed their rooftop bar several times at night. Their restaurant on site during dinner was absolutely fabulous. We dined there four times ...... the food, selection, presentation, venue and service were over the top and highly recommended. What makes this hotel even better is truly their staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The location is also very attractive as it's only two blocks from Train Street and a few more blocks to Old Quarters. There are lots of eateries in the area, a pharmacy, just a few doors down and right around the corner is a laundry service keeping everything extremely convenient. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say the staff were outstanding & Christine more so, she organised everything we asked her to do with the warmest smiling face nothing was a bother to her, the hotel its self was lovely, not too far away from the old Quarter, a 2 min walk to train street highly recommend this hotel, now try the Aira in Hoi An

There was an issue with the air conditioning in our room the first night of our stay - and management didn’t hesitate to upgrade us to a larger suite and offered complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Staff from the front desk, the bar, and the restaurant were all very engaging and provided an excellent atmosphere and level of service.

We had a great stay!! LOVED the location because it was super convenient to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free mini bar refilled daily was nice! The breakfast buffet was mediocre but not bad for the price. Roof top bar was nice. Great views and fun staff up top. Ohhh the water pressure in the shower was not the best. Room 809 has a fun and only pool view.

The Aira hotel was a brillient choice, it is near Train Street The Citadel, The Flag Tower. All within about 5 mins walk. Tha area isthe old part part of Ha Npi its is very interestinh the hotel stscf are amazing on recrption with Tony and Christine the Sky bar with Kyle, Luke and Mark. Also the exceptional staff in the restaurant.Anni Ivy,Nora and Hudson all supervised bu Daisy. Nothinh was too much trouble always happy and smiling.the hotel is the staff. We would revommend it. Facinating to see local life in the area.excellent location to see real life and close to tourist attraction like the prision.We would love to go back.

Great stay at this hotel. Room was excellent, restaurant was top notch with very good breakfast. Location was good with easy walk to train street, shopping, etc. Staff at this hotel is best I've encountered in a long time. Absolutely amazing service. Not just smiling faces but they genuinely care and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They have a great concierge and I highly recommend you talk to them about tours, cruises, etc while planning your trip. They are honest and sincere about helping you enjoy your holiday the best.

This is an exceptional, real five star experience. I agree with another reviewer, - the 1 star reviews this hotel has are ridiculous and clearly by a rival. My room was stunning, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely small balcony, with plants and a tree outside. Staff were incredibly kind. It was my birthday, and they brought a cake to my room. It is also the nicest welcome I've ever had in a hotel - guided immediately to a comfortable seat, served delicious tea, while a receptionist came to me, calmly and quickly talking through the details, then taking me up to my room. The restaurant had a great menu and very friendly service. I found the food just slightly lower in standard than I expected - good, but not exceptional. Spa was very very good - but make it very clear if you want a gentle massage - deep tissue, hard core is the default! Location is a little outside the main old quarter, but very convenient for the famous Train Street and the train station. Definitely a beautiful hotel to treat yourself.
