Nothing special. Ok for one night. Clean room, but not luxurious. No hand or face towel. Shower drain underneath the sink, so the toilet floor would be all wet after taking a shower. The area was ok, very close to the cathedral, walking distance, end of the alley.

7 Nights in Hanoi Blue Inn

The hotel is very well located in the middle of the old quarter. The staff is very friendly and the service also good. Unfortunately there was a construction site nearby the hotel, so we woke up every morning very early because of the noise. In addition the rooms are very bad soundproofed so we could hear every step or word from the stairwell and the room above. For a long stay the room (Deluxe) is too small.

A very nice hotel in an excellent location. Front desk extremely helpful in booking Halong Bay trip and money exchange. Good breakfast. Perhaps a bit overpriced considering the number of options in Hanoi.

Great location, fabulous staff

We chose Blue Hanoi for its location and we were really happy with it. We liked being in the Old Quarter, but on the edge of the madness of the centre of it all. The hotel is located in a side street so not super noisy. The staff were brilliant, always checking in that we had everything we needed. We saw Harry, the manager, each day and he always had a chat and asked us about our stay and plans for the day. Our room was clean and modern. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, made to order and plenty to eat. The pancakes and club sandwiches were favourites. Thanks Blue Hanoi!

This is a clean basic hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The breakfast is good. The staff is lovely. The free wifi works everywhere in the hotel. It is a good hotel.

Small hotel in a good location in the old quarter, breakfast was just ok, very hot on top floor and tiny open kitchen where breakfast was served, but for the price we booked 4 adults into a family room for 4 nights $350 AUD with breakfast, we were more than happy

In the centre of all the tourist spots

Right where you need to be but far enough away from a main road to be be a tranquil spot. Only minus was the coffee at breakfast, but out the main door turn left and about 50 meters on the corner is the best cappuccino we found in Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel and its location.

Perfect

I defy anyone to find a better standard of accommodation with more attentive staff. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff are wonderful, as is the breakfast, the location and the rooms. We went on four trips all recommended by the staff and were delighted with them all.
