This is a brand new hotel at the time of writing (November 2025). Everything is new and fresh. Amazing experience with the friendliest staff in the world. The hotel is well located within the old quarter. Walkable to most locations and Very easy to get a taxi from here using the grab app. It’s close to the hustle and bustle whilst being far enough to have a peaceful time. Train street 8 min walk away Walking street 13 mins walk away Hundreds of options near by for food and drinks. Local Vietnamese to international foods. We had the indochine executive double with city view The wall plugs have international sockets so they take any type of plug which is very helpful. Smart tvs in the room where you can AirPlay or screen mirror something from your phone. Separate bath tub and shower in the rooms we stayed in. The hotel also has a swimming pool located in the basement and a on site spa. Breakfast takes place on the ninth floor From the moment we checked in Broky was amazingly helpful. He highlighted must see pleaces on a map and also saved things onto my phone for me. Also got us a room upgrade. Rose was delightfully courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were kept smiling. Sorted out an airport transfer for us without us having to ask. She put the cherry on the cake with this hotel with her incredible hospitality and service. It was a pleasure to stay here. Thomas was incredibly helpful with getting an issue with our room rectified.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful new hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast is served. The indoor pool was heated and zen like. The spa massage experience was excellent. The staff all appear to be highly trained and have perfected service to their customers making everyone feel like a celebrity. Location is great and a two minute walk to train Street as well as other attractions. Highly recommend.

This hotel was aesthetically pleasing, extremely clean, and served high quality food for breakfast. My fiancé and I couldn’t stop taking photos-videos of everything. We had a fantastic 10 days at this hotel. This was mainly due to the amazing staff team. All of the staff in every part of the hotel are exceptionally helpful, friendly and kind. Thomas the manager was always available and organised our trips to Halong bay and Ninh Binh. (Both were excellent). Our room was beautiful, very clean with a really comfortable bed and fresh fruit and bottled water provided every day. We really enjoyed our stay in Hanoi. Thank you!

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE is without doubt one of the finest hotels I have experienced in Asia, and the fact that it has only just opened makes it even more impressive. Everything feels brand new—polished interiors, spotless rooms, and a design that combines modern luxury with subtle charm. Beyond the facilities, it was the hospitality that left the strongest impression. On my birthday, the front desk team surprised me with a cake and gathered together to sing. It was such a thoughtful gesture that brought genuine emotion and made my stay unforgettable. These personal touches are what elevate a hotel from simply “good” to truly extraordinary. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented dishes. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and always smiling. The location is unbeatable—right in the Old Quarter, close to the famous Train Street, yet perfectly quiet once you’re inside. This hotel proves that luxury is not only about the building or the décor, but also about the way people make you feel. Here, I felt cared for, celebrated, and at home.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature. The staff was exceptional and truly made our visit special. Everything we asked for was arranged smoothly, from fast-track services at the airport to day trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. The room was clean and well equipped, and the rooftop sky bar offered beautiful views over the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Such a friendly and nice staff, really great customer service. We would definitely recommend it. It’s very central but you can’t hear the traffic inside, so that’s excellent :). Rooms and hotel is very clean and new.
