Hotel is situated right in Old Quarter. Rooms were clean and in good state. Staff members were lovely and helpful. We had stayed at hotel with better reviews in Hanoi but this was a much better experience overall. Would recommend as good value for money.

We had a large group travelling and we were happy with the comfortable beds, large bathrooms and very clean rooms. the staff were super helpful, many spoke English very well. They will assist you with whatever you need. The breakfast buffet was wonderful- so many choices. Pho if you want- or incredible fruit, yoghurt, coffee, pastries - too much to list, but all high quality. The hotel is central, close to many things, great shopping too. And very safe. thank you to the staff for making our Hanoi trip so wonderful!

This hotel is in a great location, so near to everything you need in Old Town. I've also never experienced such excellent service! Anna and Jenny were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a room upgrade and even helped us order dinner. I hope to be back soon!
