Great hotel, and friendly staff, who spoke very good English. We stayed in the Old Quarter suite and it was perfect. Great size and beautifully presented. So much to do around the hotel with lots of eateries and shopping. The restaurant at the Meritel, May Tre Dan was very nice. The food was very good.

A "mini" 5-Star hotel in Hanoi Old Town

I got a lot of attention from the moment I checked in. Ms. Anh walked with us to the room to make sure that we liked it or she was going to give us another room to our liking. Then, she followed up with texts to make sure that we are happy and she was there to make our stay beyond our expectation. She also arranged a tour and a taxi to the airport for us. We liked the room and the service was just like a five star hotel for the 2 days we were there. At the restaurant Ms. Chi remembered every detail of my order from the night before and went out of her way to give the kind of food that I was demanding!

Absolutely fantastic.

From the moment I arrived until I left the staff could not do enough for me. Excellent service from the front of house to the housekeepers and restaurant staff. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with plenty of choice. Omelettes made to order. The hotel is very clean and well furnished. Room was very comfortable. Very good shower with shampoo etc. A good sized tv with remote. Air con works well. The mini bar has a few things for purchase. Otherwise you get two bottles of water some coffee and tea. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Meritel Hanoi stay

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Meritel Hanoi! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The room was fantastic—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was like a birthday cake—sweet, delightful, and perfect in every way! Every detail, from the amenities to the ambiance, was top-notch. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Meritel Hanoi. The staff all are friendly, courteous, helpful and always made me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The location is centralized to all the sites, restaurants and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Overall a great hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in Hanoi.
