Completely Charming

From the room decor to the turn down snack to the location on Hoan Kiem Lake to the easily walkable neighborhood and convenient sites...this hotel has it all. Special shout out to Ngan at the desk and Trong at the door for becoming friends during my two night stay. I heartily recommend!

The bed was very comfort and we could sleep very well. The view of the lake was also great, nice atmosphere. Staffs were so kind! Highly recommended hotel in Hanoi:)

My husband and I stayed in Hanoi for 9 nights in July. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing hospitality from the front desk and concierge staff!! Everyday, no matter the time of day or night they greeted us (if not attending to other guests) and chatted with us, making us feel at home. They attended to our needs and requests with genuine care. Our room was beautiful-the air conditioning worked beautifully (a great escape from the outside heat!), the water pressure in the shower was PERFECT, and our mattress was extremely comfortable (just like our home mattress). The turn-down gift each day was so nice (we enjoyed the cookies.) We loved the room service/restaurant next door! The food was delicious and delivered to our room within a reasonable timeframe. We recommend the spaghetti bolognese and the Umami fried rice!! We want to thank some of the amazing staff by name: Thuy, Linh, Thao, Hoang as well as anyone else that assisted us during our stay (I apologize we didn’t get your name!) You guys are our “Silk Path family!!!” THANK YOU SO MUCH for making us feel like we were at home!!! We truly did not want to leave!!! We can’t wait to come back to Hanoi and stay at Silk Path Boutique Hotel!! 💕

Great service. The hotel left us a welcome snack fruit plate when our plane arrived late. The breakfast was lovely and gorgeous interior decor. Thank you for a great stay.

Every single day at 4:50 AM sounds music so loud until 8:00 AM. In front of the hotel is a park and they offer Zumba class every morning very loud. I couldn’t sleep after 5:00 AM. Terrible

Excellent location to explore the streets of Hanoi. We were lucky enough to be there on a weekend when the street outside is pedestrianised, making it nice and quiet and a great place to explore the city with ease. The staff were fantastic and the amenities were perfect

Great location for access to the lake. Staff very welcoming. Our room had a small internal window, which we didn't love and it wasn't clear when booking that that would be the case.

Excellent location, lovely staff, wonderful room. We splurged on the VIP room and it did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom. I cannot state enough how nice the staff were. The breakfast was great too, different options everyday. I would stay here repeatedly if I came back to Hanoi. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Do not hesitate to book here.
