The hotel is new, clean and convenient.
Disappointed by the service: the staff could not find my order and ask me to delete my booking (what I refused of course) and book at hotel for the same price. They called several time my room while I was sleeping...
Stayed for 1 night as I was rushing to get back home due to a medical emergency. Requested for a non-smoking room and was give one on the 18th floor with good views. The counter staff at the check-in was good and receptionist was kind enough to help me book a taxi in the freezing -23 degrees temperature to a local restaurant for dinner and told us the exact fare to pay (to avoid being scalped) as the in house restaurant was closed. Breakfast was not too bad with a choice of traditional Chinese and Western ones.
Immer wieder gern. Sprechen größteils nur Chinesisch, aber mit Übersetzungs APP klappt auch dies sehr gut

서비스가 정말 너무 좋지 않았습니다. 정확히는 프론트 여자 직원이요. 퉁명스럽고 체크인 시 기분이 확 나빠졌습니다.
처음 체크인때부터 기분이 좋지 않으니,계속 좋지 않더군요.
이미 올라가고 나니 방 배정도 잘못되었다 하고요.
그 외 시설은 나쁘진 않았지만 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다.
По-английски кое-как разговаривает несколько человек на весь отель, что странно для международной сети. Скорость Wi-Fi невероятно низка. Я бы сравнил с Dial-up, если кто помнит. Аж раздражает. Зато каждый день воду в бутылочках ставят в номер.
Обслуживание не очень хорошее. Это мой первый отель в Китае. Не знаю, может здесь везде так, но даже в России обычно лучше обслуживание. По-английски разговаривала одна девушка на ресепшн. Когда ее не было, приходилось на пальцах объяснять другим. А ведь это международная сеть отелей. Странно.
