Sonnig und sauber
Das Studio macht einen sauberen hellen Eindruck. Die Substanz ist weitgehend renoviert. Die Lage am Strand ist perfekt für den Erhohlungsurlaub. Die 3. Etg. erfordert ohne Fahrstuhl etwas Kondition.
