Hotel room was clean, very pet friendly… I appreciated the dedicated rooms on the first floor. Breakfast was good and the hotel room had everything I need. Could maybe use a little upgrade, but overall a great hotel in a good location. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel is very nice and clean, did not give 5 stars because the EV charger was broken. Thre are not many charging options in Harrisonburg besides a Tesla SC. Hotel should keep the charger operating

Booked two nights, first night was not great with constant running above us. Running and stomping continues next evening. Complaint several more time to unfriendly receptionist until they moved us to another suite. Slept fine after that.
