Commerce Cottage is situated in the lovely village of Killinghall, a short journey away from Harrogate and a stones throw away from the beautiful village of Ripley with its world famous Ice cream, cafes and the wonderful Boars Head Hotel for its fabulous food. There are an array of delightful countryside walks nearby too through Ripley and along the river Nidd. Killinghall has its own Tesco store a 5 minute walk from the cottage for all your grocery needs.
There are regular buses to Harrogate, Leeds and Ripon from the bus stop 2 minutes away from the cottage.

This delightful cottage is full of character blending the old with the new. The front entrance leads directly into the dining room with wooden floor, seating up to 6 guests and walkway through to the lounge.

The lounge has stone flooring with cosy rugs, feature stone wall, beams and fieplace.

The Kitchen has a tiled floor with 1 step down into rear patio area with outside seating.

Bedroom 1 is a Super King Bedroom with smart tv. Bedroom 2 is a small double with access from one side only. (No tv).

There is one Bathroom with a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, toilet and basin.
