The blankets on both beds had blood stains on them, when I asked the man at the desk for new bedding he gave me bedding with stains and then had to move our room because the hotel didn’t have extra linen.

Overall it was neat and clean didn’t have any issues other than the fourth floor button on the elevator was broken so I had to get off the third floor and climb stairs to the fourth floor the breakfast area was very small so it was hard to get around people when it was busy Our toilet in our room was broken did let them know it was told maintenance would come the following day however the hotel was short-staffed for over the weekend maintenance never came

Very disappointing and disgusting place.

We didn't stayed. First I let them know I was handicapped and even have a service dog and put me in the 4th floor and only elevator was not properly operating to the 4th floor. Then they offered me a room in the 3rd floor, and when arrived with my family at the room, it was like they never serviced the room after the last occupants. Bed undone and with stains, as well used towels on the bathroom! Disgusting! We asked them to reimburse us the money and they basicly bullied us out rhe doors. Then, at 9:00pm my family and me had to had to book another hotel, spending double for our family vacation, as we paid for this fleahouse outfront thru Hotels.com and now we get no refund. Always pay at the site! We hope that Hotel.com can at least not pay the landing for services they never provided.

Icky Towels!

Unfortunately, our stay was less than stellar as the towels in our room were stained and we did not notice until after showering! Needless to say it was a bit too late to get clean towels as we were sopping wet! I did tell the front desk as well as call later in the day. Got an apology but that was about it.

We had a 1 night stay here. Parking lot was full and I was given permission by night staff to park in one of the 'handicap' spots. It was quiet for sleeping even with a full house. The free breakfast was OK with the usual coffee, bagels, muffins, eggs, etc. There's a Cracker Barrel behind and restaurants across the street if needed.All in all it was good and I'd stay again.

The property is not in good shape. Our toilet was broken. The front desk staff was fine.

Check your room first.

Checked in late, that went smoothly, didnt check room right away and went to bed. Next morning woke u to shower and bathroom wasn't clean, dirty towels, and dirty/moldy shower curtain. There was some warping on the bathroom door which the wood was dropping on the floor. Beds were comfortable. Stayed here cause it was 15 minutes away from Airport that was a huge plus. If staying just check room out first.
