The smell of cigarettes is too bad. There is also a smell of cigarettes in the room. The bathroom is also dirty. I know the counter is kind.

The room was ok. lobby area was dirty and unkept.. one of two elevators were working and the one that was working was in need of cleaning as walls inside the elevator had grease and grime that was obviously there for sometime. Furniture inside the kitchen area is urgently in need of replacing.. the fromt desk stall were poorly dress and I had to go to the front desk every day to get my room keys unlock for some mysterious unknown reason… the standard here is very low.

Its old and small rooms and really small baths. Size cant br changed but definitely coukd use facelift. Paint on walls chipped, elevator not very clean and only one operating and doesn’t stop at 2nd floor. 2 bed rooms were double beds, however, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Pool was shut fown in August by health dept. and still not open. Kids were disappointed. Very limited in breakfast items. Ran out of stuff . Were only there 1 night and t was ok but wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was kind and polite.

When I checked in a got a room key but the room wasn’t ready I had to wait for it to be cleaned, the elevator doesn’t work unless you press the up button, I tried to wash a small load but the washer took my money and it didn’t work and they don’t put up any signs that nothing works, and they wouldn’t refund my money. And the breakfast sucks.

In the room, stained cover blanket, peeling paint on walls, opened coffee amenity packets, no trash can in bathroom. In the lobby, breakfast was minimal. Front desk staff screaming at someone. Unpleasant.

Absolutely very poor! I was in the second floor and although the elevator can being you up, it is broken and can not bring you back down.... I dont get that.... No trash can in the room, no mirror in the bathroom or anywhere in the room! The tv couldn't get any stations, and when I inquired at the desk the young girl manning it tild me she can have someone come look at everything after 10pm. Still blue "tape" on bathroom floor from when they installed the new tile, and dirt, yes dirt in every corner of the bathroom. The breakfast that was included was horrible.... only water and coffee to drink, no juice.... eggs were made with water........ Never ever again..... and I thought the "Comfort Inn" was a reliable name....

Do not stay here - it needs to be shut down!

We entered the lobby and were greeted by three big garbage bags and a smell right next to the elevator, as well as a roach crawling on the counter. As we checked in, hoping that was not a sign of the room status, we then were interrupted by a couple who complained about 11 health code violations in their room/hallway. We checked our room, again hopeful, and decided to check out after 20 minutes of a dog barking in the room next door and mysterious stains on the bed and floor.

Disgusting

It was absolutely disgusting carpets were all stained up towels and pillows were filthy the elevators were missing buttons and the 3rd floor elevator buttons were being held on the wall with tape. I was so surprised how poorly kept this facility was . Not to mention the front desk was run by Indians with terrible ancients and was so hard to understand . I would have rated this a ZERO but that wasn’t an option . I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one ever !
