The staff here is both friendly and efficient. We had some questions about transportation, and the Front Desk people were eager to help us. Although our stay was brief, we enjoyed it and plan to return.

Rebecca was very friendly. The room was very clean.The location was great as well. Our only issue was that there was a hockey team staying there and they were extremely loud and slamming doors.

Room ok. Parking lot was full. Told to go next door to restaurant parking lot like it was no inconvenience. It was a huge inconvenience and uncomfortable situation. 1) hotel sits on a divided highway, so to get to the restaurant parking lot you had to go the opposite direction and make a uturn 2) we were told there was a cleared sidewalk from the offsite parking to hotel parking lot but could not find it at 10pm at night. Ended up having to go up to highway and roll our bags along the highway 3) the next morning we found the cleared sidewalk to get back to our car but it was not cleared all the way to the offsite parking lot. We had to haul our suitcases through ice and snow to get to our car. It should not be this hard to park at a Hampton Inn. We often stay at Hampton Inns. We will not be back to this one.
