The staff was very friendly and welcoming. No curtains in the room so it was very bright Coke morning time. We live locally and got the room for the night so our kids could swim as an staycation. Unfortunately the pool area was absolutely disgusting. Hair EVERYWHERE, towels weren’t regularly stocked, the water was dirty, hot tub area smelled like mold. There was also an extremely rough crowd that spent most of the day at the pool on the 15th. I don’t think they were all overnight guests and their behavior was not being corrected until someone came out screaming to the front desk AFTER their child was hit twice. The situation escalated and I had to call 911. It was a very scary experience for us and our kids. Again, staff was very nice especially Barack. He handled a difficult and scary situation professionally.

Other than a couple technical issues, the people and facilities was great. The elevator was partially out of order for a couple days. So I started parking on the end by the stairs. Then the door access stopped working. So at least I did get more walking in.

I am very disappointed in the amount of animals there were at this hotel. It was a bit noisy on my floor. Urine at the front of the hotel not a good look. Amongst other unsanitary things that occurred.

The amenities are awesome! The pool and jacuzzi are super nice. The breakfast selections were awesome as well and the food was super fresh and very tasty! The rooms themselves are very comfortable. The bed was SO relaxing and the bathroom was perfect. I would recommend this hotel very much!
