First of all. My room key had to be replaced 9 times in the 5 days I was there. I was not the only one having this problem. My room was only cleaned 1 day during my stay. There was a girls softball league in town and some were staying in my floor. The staff allowed the very loud and disruptive girls to run up and down the hall till after midnight one night, and well after 10 the other nights, even after I went down to the front desk and advised them of the problem, several times. At one point, the girls were sitting in a circle in front of the elevator and even after I went down to the front desk and complained, the front desk staff didn’t not solve the issue. I had to personally find the parents and ask them to resolve the problem, personally.

arrived to our room to find that the floor was extremely sticky with unknown substance and the bed sheets had staining. staff was prompt and helpful to move us to a new room where we felt more comfortable. overall, had higher expectations given what we paid for our stay. the location was by no means a motel, then the condition of the room would be more understandable, but for nearly $450 expected it to be much nicer and cleanliness is not expensive.

Room needed an update. Sink in the hallway and shower and toilet in the bathroom. Shades had rips n it. Bed comfortable but anytime you moved bed sounded like it would collapse. Send clean.

Breakfast every morning was excellent with real eggs, bacon/sausage,and an assortment of bread, pancakes, yogurt, oatmea, fruitl and yummy cinnamon buns etc. Freshly ground coffee and other beverages were available 24/7. We couldnt have asked for a better stay!
