The water temperature in the shower was uncontrollable. It ran either scalding hot or ice cold with nothing in between. The mattress was terrible. The had coffee in the lobby but no milk for it. They had no trash can in the room. The whole place smelled bad.

I called to let the staff know of my plane delay which would mean I would not arrive until the next day. I was told it would be a no show even though my stay was prepaid in full and i would have to rebook. Very frustrating because that would be more $$. Dealing with the trip in general. I had to call Expedia and when they called and talked to someone willing to understand he said it would be ok. I need to understand why it took so much to get this taken care. The man stating he was the manager was the least unhelpful not good for a business trying to grow.

Obviously an older property that has has some upgrades so it doesnt appear so worn but the tiny things that drive you nuts. Noisy fridge when running. Toilet wouldn't fill 1/2 the time without jiggling the handle. Room was very dark, needs more or stronger lights but for my purposes, it did the job.
