The nearby Devil’s Punch Bowl and Blackdown provide spectacular views and miles of National Trust–protected landscapes to explore, while Haslemere itself offers boutique shops, cosy pubs, and a welcoming village atmosphere. For those looking to venture slightly further afield, enjoy a trip to nearby Godalming (10 miles), or impressive Guildford with its cathedral and boutique shopping (15 miles). For a drop more culture, hop in the car and take a trip to Petworth House (12 miles), home to the National Trust’s largest collection of artwork.

A second lounge at the rear of the property is light and airy with magnificent views over the garden from one of the delightful window seats – the perfect spot for curling up with a good book and a cup of tea. The kitchen/breakfast room is the heart of the home and offers everything you may need for whipping up delicious family meals, with a relaxed breakfast area for grabbing a morning croissant and coffee. For those all-important celebratory family meals, there is a formal dining room at the rear of the property with a large table seating ten and offering impressive views across the garden. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom with a WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find two super-king-size bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms), an en-suite king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a family bathroom.
