Relaxing stay and only 30 minutes away from Bryce or Duck Creek or Panguitch or Zion . Room was nice and had everything needed to cook as we did . I would recommend if you like away from the busy and noisy hotels.
This was the perfect place for us to stay after our long days hiking. The horses and cows were so much fun to see and we loved the outdoor seating area!
Our family enjoyed our stay at the Farriers Quarters which was well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. We found it to be well situated between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park which were our vacation objectives for the trip. It had a great cabin feel with all wood furniture and cabinetry. Modern appliances made meal prep very easy. We would definitely stay here again if possible the next time we're in this beautiful part of the country. Gordon was very responsive the few times we had questions about the accommodations.
Authentic cattle ranch when driving up to the property, and a charming and manicured landscape surrounds you once you have arrived. Entering your room, you are met with a rustic yet clean esthetic with updated modern full sized appliances as well as upgraded features such as granite counter tops, large, walk-in shower, and views of the surrounding wilderness.
Lovely place to stay! Easy to find. Very comfortable. If you are a bigger person you may not be able to get into the beds of the farrier cabin. I do not know what the others are like but there is enough space for an average sized person to go between walls and beds to get into the beds. So just something to consider if you are larger bodied.
We loved coming back from a challenging day of hiking to a quiet place off the beaten track. It was a joy to escape the touristy Bryce Canyon City with poor restaurants. We enjoyed the restaurants in Hatch the best. If you don't fly and can bring your own cuisine or buy and prepare meals from the grocery store it's a better option. Watching the birds, prairie dogs, wesels, deer, and cattle was enjoyable.
This sweet little cabin is nestled in the countryside gives you the sense of being out from the hustle but gives you all the comforts of home. Our stay was very comfortable - just wish it was longer!
We stayed here two nights on our spring break trip to Escalante, Bryce and Zion. The drive from the property to Bryce was short and easy. Due to cold and snowy weather, we spent much more time in the cabin than we had planned. We stayed in the unit called Farriers Quarters. It was very comfortable for our family of four. We watched some movies and played games. The beds were nice and the unit was very clean. We had plenty of hot water and enjoyed the full kitchen for cooking. It turned out to be a nice place to be holed-up during the storm. Gordon, the owner, was very friendly on the phone and was responsive to messages.
It was a wonderful place to stay while exploring Bryce Canyon National Park and isnât too far from Zion as well! Amazing shower and wonderful kitchen
We stayed in the Farriers Quarters cabin. Everything was as described and very clean. The owner has done a great job trying to make visitors stay as enjoyable as possible. Full kitchen, bath had everything that we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Large TV that we didn't really use, but very large compared to what we usually see. There is a Binder with the local things to do and see. Plus the owner has a blog that makes a lot of great recommendations for thing to do. The owner also went out of his way to communicate things to us personally when I had some questions. We had a great stay!
I took my mother to Bryce Canyon and Zion for her birthday and luckily, I found this spot to stay for a couple of nights. When we arrived, there were deer grazing on the lawn right next to the cabin. We stayed in Farrierâs Quarters, and it was very cozy and cute. The beds were comfortable and it was perfect for what we were looking for. It even smelled great like the wood that it is built out of. It was very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views.. Would definitely stay again!
We had a great stay in this lovely cabin. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen very well supplied and there is a great outdoors area for star gazing in wide open skies! About 30 mins from Bryce Canyon, with great coffee shop and restaurant nearby
This place was great for the two of us. We were looking for somewhere to stay off the grid while doing some hikes and visiting parks. Would definitely stay again.
You wont find a better place to stay for Bryce Canyon and Zion
Farrier's Quarters and the whole ranch area far exceeded our expectations and we were already expecting greatness. The common area and fire pit was the perfect place for morning coffee watching the sunrise, snd the room itself was upscale and spotless. Wildlife around was fun to see as well. We had a family of mule deer greet us one evening. Check in was so easy and Gordon was always quick to reply from booking to checkin with any questions we had. The town of Hatch was perfect for a friendly place to grab coffee on the go or to sit down for a great meal. Hatch's central location to Zion and Bryce Canyon was ideal. If i ever go back to that area, I would change dates if I had to just to make sure I got this exact same rental.
Enjoyed our stay at the ranch. Convenient to Bryce and Zion parks. Property was as advertised. The scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Only improvement I could suggest is to have some BBQ tools in unit. We grilled one night but made do with what we had.
The listing of the property is spot on, and it was even a little roomier than I imagined (though thereâs no great seating beyond the chairs around the table). The kitchen is stocked with necessities (and an excellent assortment of spices, and some coffee), but thatâs about all. If youâre planning on cooking, Iâd bring any specialty utensil that you need. Location was far enough from town and the highway that it was nice and quiet, but itâs probably 5 minutes from Hatch. Public road to the property was paved, and the short distance on the ranch road was no problem.
We stayed very briefly but loved our stay. The bathroom and kitchenette were nice and coffee provided was an extra bonus. Having to shoo cows out of the driveway in the morning was honestly great (it only took a couple seconds for them to moo-ve). Would recommend to family and friends.
