The Roman city of Chichester is 11.5 miles away, and offers walks along the ancient walls, a stunning cathedral and Festival Theatre. The vibrant Goodwood Estate with its plethora of high profile events is within easy reach. The local beaches are perfect for water sports, and there are places locally to hire boards; the Billy Trail from the doorstep leads to a Blue Flag beach 4.5 miles away.
