The experience was a good one, the convenience of the restaurant and bar is great, food was tasty. The room was clean, some xtra attention to small areas of walls and outlet could use a little wipe down, but mostly no complaints. Will stay again.

Great hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. The downside is that they are remodeling and had not got to my room however it was clean and comfortable as is. The bar and restaurant open at 4:00pm and closes at 9:30pm and have everything a sports bar should have, it was a great stay

Weekend trip

Hotel check-in and -out were easy, staff was friendly and accommodating. I requested an extra pillow and never received, but the hotel was full and extras may not have been available. I think hotels should allow 4 bath towels for 2 people but this hotel did not unless requested. Breakfast was well stocked and good.

Room was great. Very comfortable. Nicely remodeled. Lots of furniture. Did have to ask for bedding for the sofa bed as it wasn't in the room and we had 3 people and only 1 bed. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Had blueberry waffles and yogurt with granola. Good coffee.

Disappointed

Staff was outstanding; great location to the highway. Unfortunately the place is in terrible condition. Our room had water spots on the ceiling, smelled musty, the carpet had stains all over the room, and the entire facility was in disrepair. For the amount of money I spent I feel like I got a one star hotel at a 4 star price.

Property is clean and staff great but property is outdated however they are under renovation. Nice location with restaurants in walking distance. It is pet friendly and there was a dog barking across the hallway and the walls are definitely not very soundproof. Heater/AC is old and very noisy as well.

We love this place! Clean and comfortable with a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast room is very spacious and breakfast was great, and full of lots of different options. Bonus of a nice garden view during breakfast. We stop through here regularly and will defiitely stay there again!

The hotel was undergoing renovations which had the 2nd floor hallway from the elevator to my room closed until 5pm. Had to use the back staircase to access my room. IF I had been disabled access to the room would have been impossible until after 5pm. There was NO notice that this was going on prior to arriving to check-in other than a notice about possible noise, and was even sent up the elevator after check-in and had to comeback down to be directed down to the very end of another hallway to use the stairs. Very poor communication. The room itself was nice and comfortable. Need to do better with guest communication prior to arriving to check-in and being surprised on arrival.
