The room was very clean, comfortable, and wonderful. We are locals, but stayed at the property to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The property is conveniently located near Healdsburg Plaza and is I. dry Creek Road. I would totally recommend this property for visitors to Sonoma County. The staff was friendly. We would come back!

Everything is amazing except that the room(s) above us have kids that were jumping or running around till late at night or too early in the morning. We didn’t get a restful vacation that we were hoping for. We hope that we were given a room on the top floor or a quieter location away from families with children.

The shuttle to the plaza was amazing. Rose the robot was a hit with the kids as was the heated pool. Free breakfast was delish too. Definitely staying here next time we're in town.

In the evening there was no hot water. Called engineering and after my wife had to take a cold shower, the engineer turned on all faucets and let run for a long time. After 30 minutes total hot water eventually came out. In the morning, we had hot water. The refrigerator made loud noises when running. I informed the front desk.
